Handling of Additional Papers

As per the current Institute policy there will be no examination for the Additional papers. Additional papers will be evaluated through compulsory assignments issued by the Institute only. All those students who are submitting compulsory assignments for the additional papers will be provided a certificate of completing that particular additional paper. For this the students have to opt for the additional paper (if not opted already) with a fee of Rs 500 / USD 50 payable in form of Demand Draft in favor of Bioinformatics Institute of India payable at Delhi or New Delhi. Additional papers now have to be submitted separately with a request to evaluate them and to issue necessary certificate for clearing the same.

In order to obtain PG Diploma in Bioinformatics the students from India have to appear in examination for four compulsory and four optional papers (three for February 2002 batch students) and to clear them.
