Semester Pattern

The Program will span 4 semesters / 2years

  • Semester 1        January to June 2005

Notice Board

The Institute for the benefit of its students maintains a batch notice board on www.bioinformaticscentre.org. It is compulsory for all the students to visit the batch notice board from time to time.

Assignments

There will be assignments for individual papers for each of the four semesters.

Final examination

There will be year end exams in February every year for the preceding two semesters.

Last date for submission of Assignments

Last date for submission of assignments is 31st July for semester (January to June) and 31st January for Semester (July to December). Students have to submit the assignments by the last date in order to become eligible to appear in the year end examinations.

Extension of Last Date

Extension of Last date is granted under exceptional circumstances by payment of Rs . 500/- as late fee.

Failure in Examinations

If a candidate fails in one or more papers in the year end exam he/she can appear in those papers in subsequent exams in next September / February. Examination fee for the failed papers is @ Rs. 200/- per paper.
