Institute Participation was made in First Agro - Industrial Exhibition on 8th & 9th November 2005 at Mela Ground, Pusa Campus, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Mangala Rai, Secretary DARE & DG ICAR., followed by his visit and the words of appreciation was acknowledged. He has quoted "India's Agro -Industry has grown appreciably and has led to significant developments in improving the agricultural productivity and production through many new innovation on the technological front".

Agro - based industries can assume a lead role in socio - economic development of the country by exploring its great potential for income and employment generation through value and volume addition in niche and export markets. It is a step towards building up a strong linkage with Agro - Industries so that the students of this institute will be benefited.
